We collect this data in order to contact you and to send you the requested material.

Registration for get.chat events: job title, first and last name, company name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and your consent to store and process this information. We collect this data to process the registration and to be able to contact you if necessary.

Registration for the get.chat newsletter (e-mail and Web Push): job title, first and last name, e-mail address, industry and, optionally, company. We collect this data in order to provide you with the latest information about our product.

Data logging

If you visit our Website and access data, your Internet browser automatically transfers log information to our server. Such log information includes the URL of the referring website, date and time of request, name of the retrieved website, the quantity of data transmitted, the type of your browser and its version, etc. Such information is not personal data and cannot be attributed to any specific individual.

This log information is solely used for statistical purposes and is neither transferred to any third party nor combined with any other data.

Disclosure of personal data

get.chat uses the services of external service providers, currently HubSpot Ireland, Ltd. (HubSpot Ireland, Ltd. may have personal data stored and processed in the USA by HubSpot Inc. on the basis of EU standard contract clauses), to contact website users, to submit offers and/or to carry out marketing activities (including joint marketing activities with third parties). These service providers have been carefully selected by get.chat and commissioned in writing. They are bound by get.chat instructions and are regularly checked.Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we will not sell, rent, lease or disclose your personal data to any other third party. In addition, get.chat will not exchange personal data that we have collected from our website with third parties without your prior consent, unless (a) these third parties use the personal data if necessary. Cookies and IP-addresses

Facebook pixel

We use Facebook pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc., 1601 Willow Road Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (hereinafter referred to as: “Meta”) on our website. Facebook pixel allows us to track actions of users who have seen or clicked on Facebook advertising. We use Facebook pixel to investigate the effectiveness of our Facebook advertising for statistical and market research purposes. Additionally, lists of website visitors are compiled to create custom audiences for remarketing campaigns. The collected data cannot be used to identify users as it is anonymous. However, Meta does store and process this data. Meta can link this data to your Facebook account and use it for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Facebook Data Policy. We have no influence on the scope of the collected data and the further use of the data collected by Meta through the use of Facebook Pixel. Tealium Tag Management System

We use the Tag Management System Tealium iQ, a service of Tealium Inc, 11085 Torreyana Road, San Diego, CA 92121, USA, via which we centrally manage, control and load third-party measurement pixels (tags) on our websites.

This enables us to monitor the data collection of each provider tag and allow our website visitors to decide for themselves about third-party access and cookies.

By extending the functionality, it is also possible for us to dynamically adapt parts of the web pages and to design them automatically and in real time according to requirements. A cookie called utag_main is created to enable this functionality. The tag management system is necessary to provide the service and therefore cannot be deactivated.
